Meet Bre!

Breanna aka “Bre” Payton, a fully licensed cosmetologist, is a Graduate of Westmore Academy of Cosmetic Arts. Probably her more notable early credentials are growing up in her mom’s hair salon, being mentored and tutored by the very best. Bre conducted her first haircut at 10 years old. Certainly, this formal debut was preceded by countless cuts and colors not detailed in her current resume. In high school, Bre rightly became the “go-to” person and stylist for make-up and hair in the theater department. Bre reminisces, “It was then, that I recognized my passion and future was in making people look their very best, or in making them look how they wanted to be perceived. That is when I committed to furthering my education and pursued vigorously my career in cosmetology and professional make up.” To date, Bre’s career is paved with many mile markers most can only dream of. She has worked on numerous films, live theater productions, fashion shows, television series, beauty pageants, and the Latin Grammy’s, just to name a few. Her experience in the entertainment industry fueled her talent in specialty high-glam, beauty and broad spectrum fashion. Bre also has a special talent for FX (special effects make-up). She did 7 years of production make-up for Knott’s Scary Farm’s Halloween Haunt. When asked which she enjoyed the most, hair or make-up, she replied, “I enjoy doing hair just as much as make-up. I couldn’t choose between the two if I had to.” Bre has also done the hair and make-up for over 300 weddings, including her own. Breanna Payton of Bre Payton Designs, was formerly Breanna Khalaf before marrying her husband in May of 2011. While being a wife, and now mommy of two of the most adorable twin baby boys, her career hasn’t slowed one iota, but only picked up speed.
